Your sky is our sky, And our sky is your sky. Those bygone days of yours have become our present day We are here in your country of Canada because the past in which you laid down your lives for freedom has become the future in which we must all go together.   Among the many kinds of love, the most precious is that in which one sacrifices one’s life for the sake of love. How can we forget you, who have manifested this kind of love? Even if it seems that at times we have forgotten or are indifferent, we have never for a moment forgotten. No matter where, no matter how many long years have passed, your noble spirit will not be extinguished.   You, who became wild flowers of Korea, who scattered your spirits beneath Korea’s skies.
